VCU's Office of Health Promotion

Who we are

The Office of Health Promotion is a part of the University Student Health Services at VCU. Our mission is to help students maximize their health and help create campus environments that support health. We use science and research data to provide the best possible services to VCU students.

Our staff is mix of health educators, nurse practitioners, physician's assistants, sociologists, and clinical social workers. We work closely with very talented VCU undergraduate interns and graduate assistants.

Linda Hancock, FNP, PhD, and Amanda Wattenmaker, MPH, are administrators for the current social norms grant, and the entire office works to ensure data collection is conducted in a timely and appropriate manner.

Detailed information about the OHP available on the main Student Health website [www.students.vcu.edu/health].
